There is nothing to worry about if you are not from an academic background. The DBA scholars go through 5 taught modules in the first phase which is followed by research work. The modules cover various aspects of academic and applied research. The scholars also have 1-2 meetings every month with their allotted supervisors to review the research progress. You are supported throughout the DBA journey.
Normally, 4 sessions are conducted every month during the course-work phase. The classes are conducted on Saturdays. Sessions are also conducted on statistical research tools at a later stage of the program that enables the scholars in analyzing the collected data. In the last phase, scholars have to meet their supervisors online for support and guidance depending on the requirements. In general, they would be meeting every month (1-2 sessions of 2 hours maximum per month).
